OWN popular Love & Marriage the series expands to DC. “Love and Marriage: Huntsville” has officially announced its first spinoff “Love & Marriage: DC,” which will bring Monique Samuels back to reality television following her departure from “The Real Housewives of Potomac” in 2021.

“Love & Marriage: DC” Season 1 will premiere on OWN on Saturday, May 14, at 9 p.m. KST. You can also watch it on Philo (free trial) or FuboTV (free trial) or DirectTV Stream (free trial).

Reality TV fans may remember Samuels from the popular Bravo series, “The Real Housewives of Potomac,” which he played for four seasons. Married to former NFL player Chris Samuels, the series shows him navigating his family life along with his friendships with fellow housewives.

In “Love & Marriage: DC” Monique and Chris join their friends Era and Jamie Tyler, along with Ashley Silva and her husband DJ Quicksilva.

According to the show’s official synopsis for “Love & Marriage: DC” season 1, Chris wants to restore his relationship with his wife Monique while still pursuing his passion, post-NFL retirement. Meanwhile, Monique’s many businesses are booming; from her essential oil line to other potential career changes on the horizon.

The self-proclaimed “Party Kingpin” radio personality and DJ QuickSilva is the hardest-working DJ in the DMV area, and his wife Ashley stepped into the spotlight herself as a fashion designer, podcast host, and writer. Era and Jamie Tyler enjoy their fame as DC’s hottest socialite couple, but after 26 years of marriage, they seek the secret sauce to maintain their lasting union while juggling the changing needs of their children.”
